Each fall we save roe from our reefnet chums to make our own Ikura. It is nothing short of stunning, and easy to do!
Class is limited to 20. Bring your own tennis racket, we will provide jars. We will work from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Please bring a lunch. Each person will receive a half pint of ikura to take home, and more will be available to purchase.
Cost: $50 Prepayment is required.
You can book a room in addition to the workshop when you register. Rooms are $100/night/single occupancy, or $150/night double occupancy, with 2 night minimum required.
