We will make pizza dough from organic ingredients. Each participant will make their own batch, producing roughly 6 pizza rounds. If you are staying at Nettles, expect to be able to cook some pizza by 6 pm. Nettles Farm provides “pizza kits” consisting of cooked chicken gizzards, black garlic, fresh mozzarella, and a red sauce, for an additional $30.

Expect to work from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., with a one hour breaks between operations. Class is limited to four.
